1961 NSU QUICKLy S2. The rarest Quickly model. It was only made for one year as a stop gap between two more common models. It is even hard to find in Germany.
I bought the bike in 2016 from NSU Spares(Roger Worton)but have not used it. This is how he described it in the advert.
NSU QUICKLY S2 2 Speed(a very rare model)for light restoration and some TLC. Original Lido blue/ Pearl grey paint. Everything works-Lights, horn, brakes, gears etc all working. Engine starts easy and goes like a rocket. New Speedo cable, fuel tap and hose fitted. Fitted with a rare( first we have seen) rear carrier and dual seat with foot rests. Comes with photographs and completed DVLA recognised NSU Owners Club dating certificate/ letter essential for re-registering.
