Triumph Italia Project, the Triumph Italia is one of the rarest Triumphs with originally around 320 cars being made, & believed to be circa 120 known left in existance world wide of which around only half are thought to be on the road.
This car has it matching no. engine, & original gearbox & axels. It has its original seats door locks, glass & mechanisms. We have sourced the rear lights, number plate light, front indicators/ side lights, dash mounted mirror, grab handle & foot rest. we have 2 new heated front screens & a new rear screen,
As seen in the pictures we have had a new front end, door & boot skins made & frames repaired. In addition there are new floors, inner & outer sills, boot floor & wing repair sections. There, is also an original rust free, undamaged TR3A chassis that has been blasted & primed.
The car will need extensive restoration, however, it has most of the metal work & much of the unique parts with which to do it.
I would be happy to sell the car as it is or to carry out further stages of restoration, such finishing the bodywork, painting the car, or finishing the car. As an ex Triumph, Canley Prototype engineer with 30 years restoration experience I would relish the work.
