Registered as ‘GTL 441’, this Aston Martin was delivered new via agent Brooklands to its first owner, Mr. Stewart Dean of Sudbrook Manor, Grantham Lincolnshire in 1953. THIS DB2 IS POSSIBLY THAT LAST ONE EVER BUILT!
A matching number example. Finished in almond green exterior, the interior has been refurbished to the highest standards using tan/ cognac leather in the original colour specification, really lovely and fantastic.
Technically, this Aston Martin is in a very good condition. With DB2 Vantage specifications. Equipped with a 2580 cc engine, this 6 cylinder delivers 92 kw and 140 hp. Fitted with chrome wire wheels with central lock, spare wheel, wooden steering wheel etc. All instruments are all in perfect working order.
The car has been intensively overhauled in 2015: new seats (original seats are still available), new interior, axles and brakes overhauled, in 2014-2015 engine revised by specialist. The one-pipe-exhaust is still available as also the chrome trim strips. Many invoices present also from earlier times, all is very well documented.
