A fine Offenhauser by Meyer 4 cylinder 1/ 3 scale scratch-built engine by Mick Marchant of Marchant Engineering Woodbrook with attached 'Riley' branded carburetors and attached gearbox. Presented on wooden plinth with plaque noting the engine to be "4 CYL. 270 CUB. IN. 300 H. P", 25cm high x 39. 5cm wide x 22cm deep including base.
