Our 2 owner car (husband and wife) has just 9650 documented miles on the clock and presents in virtually as-new condition. The first owner bought this car from Oxford Mazda - it was a cancelled order and came with steel wheels. Part of the deal was to add Mazda alloy wheels and a wind deflector. Kept garaged its entire life and serviced 6 times, the last in October this year at 9625 miles at Maidstone Mazda. The cambelt was changed in June 2016 and a new set of Toyo tyres have been fitted (the old Dunlops are still present in the pictures).
We have a huge ordered file full of documents including 19 MOT certificates to corroborate the very low mileage and the original bill of sale. The current MOT expires 20 March 2018 and has no advisories. We have 3 keys, as-new tonneau cover and extra full size tonneau (that covers the whole interior except the drivers seating area) still in it's bag. The interior is perfect, as are the alloy wheels and roof bar a couple of small scratches in the completely clear rear window and a bespoke car cover. The car is fully HPi clear. This car is in basic spec so does not have electric windows or power steering. It comes with the fantastic number plate N16MXV.
In conclusion we doubt there is a better MX-5 Mk1 on the market, please come and see for yourself.
