This 1963 Morris Cooper 997 is a real survivor and totally unmolested. No rust ever, all original panels and 80% original paint work. Was stored in a shed in country New South Wales and last on the road in 1987. Only 4 owners from new. These early Mini's were built in the UK and sent to Australia CKD. Final assembly at BMC Sydney with local trim materials. The car has a heritage certificate confirming its Cooper specification. Recent work includes a de-coke and re-lapped valves. Overhauled carburettors, new front suspension cones & joints, new engine oil & filter, new plugs, points & condenser, new exhaust system, new tyres, new water pump, new brake cylinders. Runs and drives very nicely. Starts on the button. Comes with original hand book and ownership history.
