"On the occasion of its 60th anniversary in 1993, César Torres who was then FIA vice president, received from his wife, Teresa, this fantastic Austin Cooper S, which had been sent previously to England, to be prepared there by Broaspeed , in the likeness of the Cooper S MK II from the factory rally team. Equipped with all the best that exists for these cars, along with an array of extras and details hardly replicable today, this preparation has cost more than 5 million escudos !!!, which was at the time enough to buy a very good car. It is, therefore, one of the most iconic Portuguese Cooper S, with a safe and continuous valuation"
