1990 Ford Escort XR3i. One owner with only 7801 miles from new-yes that's just 7801 miles! Supplied by the local Ford Dealership to its one and only owner on the 24th September 1990 and still retains its Ford and supplying dealer window stickers. Factory alloy wheels and manual tilt/ slide glass sunroof.
We have completed restoration and re-commissioning works in late 2017 after 13 years of storage. This has included a complete glass-out repaint in original Ford Red, part new exhaust system, a set of 5 new tyres and new timing belt, water pump, plugs, filters, brake overhaul, full service and MOT. The rear spoiler has been painted in non-standard red as many then were but can be returned to black if preferred. A photo record of works comes with the car and will be fitted with new XR3i decals.
All issued MOT certificates from 1993 to 2004 are with it as confirmation of its incredible low mileage. Also all tax discs from its first to it being taken off the road in 2004.
This exceptional car is quite possibly the lowest mileage one owner XR3i available for sale and once sold will be hard if not impossible to find another of this mileage and heritage.
