Description

First registered 8 January 1936, this is a delightful car in splendid condition, which starts on-the-button and drives very nicely. That says it all really, but to expand a little further, it is the subject of an older restoration – the paintwork is generally good with a few little imperfections. The interior has been professionally restored, with leather-faced seats, correct-style door cards, first class headlining, even around the easy-opening sunroof. The running board rubbers are excellent and the wing piping is nicely done. The chrome is good to the headlights and bumpers, and flashing indicators have been fitted for safety – the semaphores still work. The wheels are good having been refurbished at some stage and there are four nearly new matching tyres and what appears to be a very good battery – doesn’t that make a change?! The engine bay is clean and tidy and the underneath is well greased and serviceable. According to the numbers, we would guess that the engine is probably the original (but no doubt rebuilt at some stage). V5C.

We are always pleased to consider part-exchange for other pre-war or early post-war cars, (or for good MGBs) and can offer economic delivery to most parts of mainland Britain.
