This rare and wonderful German classic is in spectacular condition inside and out. The twin headlight front grille is finished with the iconic chrome Audi badge and the 1975 model has chrome front and rear bumpers with chrome side mouldings, rear light surrounds and window trims. Having only covered a very minimal 51, 305 miles from new, it has been marvellously preserved and maintained to now be enjoyed for many more years as a usable work of art.
Exterior Features
The exterior of the Audi is absolutely fantastic with practically no flaws in the bright red paintwork. The chrome trims and bumpers are not perished and very shiny and the outer body of the car is standard for the 'GL' specification.
Wheels & Tyres
The alloy wheels finish off the overall exterior appearance and have been preserved very well with no curbing or scuffs. All four black Audi centre caps are present and the tyres have a good amount of tread depth on each wheel.
Interior Components
The interior is pristine and it is as tidy as it would have been in the 70's. The black vinyl and grey velour seats have no rips and very little wear at all. The carpets, all components and black vinyl door cards are equally as brilliant.
Mechanics
Every aspect of the vehicle has been well maintained and cared for by the very minimal owners and therefore it is mechanically brilliant. As you can see when you look under the bonnet, it is rivals most modern vehicles on the road!
Service & Maintenance History
The car has been owned by the same Gentleman since 1995 and as a great enthusiast, he has cherished the vehicle which is reflected in the fantastic condition today. There is a large folder of service records as well as previous MOT certificates and other related paperwork. There are two keys present and the vehicle is HPI clear.
Drive & Comfort
This vehicle displays exactly what you would hope and expect to find from German engineering and having been on the road for 43 years, it is still running as sweetly as it would have then! Smooth and robust, it is a pleasure to take this Audi out on the road.
