The Appeal
The E30 came in many flavours, but one of the most tasty was the ultra rare 325i with the factory Sport package that included an array of M Tech suspension features. These cars could also be specified with the M Tech II exterior and interior cosmetic package.
This Brilliant Red E30 has all of those features. The vendor owned it 20 years ago and loved it so much that he spent a long time finding it again. He bought it back in 2024 and has carefully returned it to standard specification, including replacing the springs and shocks and refitting new lattice alloys with brand new Uniroyal tyres.
Alongside the cosmetic improvement, he has invested in the mechanics. The work has included a new starter motor and clutch, plus a replacement water pump, timing belt and auxiliary belts. We are told that it runs and drives well and is now factory standard. A lengthy MOT to June 2026 with no advisories underlines the sense of a very well kept and sought-after car.
The vendor says:
“There is a lot of history. Engine starts and runs fine. It is completely standard. Gearbox and diff fine.
“This car drives very nice and smooth. It is a joy to drive and appreciated by everyone!”
