The Appeal
The Honda CBR600F3 'Smokin Joe' edition was created to celebrate Miguel Duhamel's 1995 AMA Championship victory, featuring the distinctive purple, yellow, and white racing livery of the Smokin' Joe's Camel team. This particular motorcycle is number 279 of just 500 examples produced in 1996, making it a rare collector's piece. What makes this bike even more special is its status as possibly the only one in the UK, having been imported from California by a Honda dealership in 1996.
This CBR600F3 appears in lovely condition for its age, with no signs of crash damage and only minor wear consistent with its 41,805 miles. Recently serviced with professionally overhauled carburettors, a new fuel pump, and fresh oil and filters, the bike remains mechanically sound, and a recent test ride by JDL Motorcycles concluded that it "still pulls strongly through all gears with no flat spots."
