One of Jaguar's most beguiling models of the model era, offering its trademark velvet-like ride, refinement and effortless performance. In fact it's as fast as you'll ever need in almost all situations courtesy of its 380bhp, 380lb ft 5. 0-litre V8.
A pleasure to have back this lovely Jaguar XK 5. 0 Portfolio that I supplied some two years ago. I purchased it from the then owner, a Shell super tanker Captain up in Tyne & Wear, for a client who specifically wanted this lovely specification/ colour. I then 'wafted' back to Guildford without a break, and vividly remember emerging from the luxurious interior feeling fresh as a daisy after 5 hours behind the wheel.
This lovely 2009 car is finished in metallic Azur blue with the charcoal leather interior offering every conceivable gadget at your finger tips. Rear seats serve mainly for coats/ odds and ends, but I guess a small child or flexible adult could cope with a few miles in situ! The boot on the other hand is a very handy size, easily accommodating golf clubs and sensible luggage.
The service light has literally just come on, so thought we would leave this to be sorted just prior to delivery, thus giving the new owner a full years grace. In addition four new tyres were fitted this year (less than 1500 miles ago), so absolutely nothing to do other than drive and enjoy.
Read any of the motoring editorials written about the XK 5. 0 Portfolio and they have all waxed lyrical about its exceptional ride, interior ambience and huge performance, giving it a resolute 'thumbs up', and for what it's worth, I agree. A fabulous example with a complete service history, offering practical every-day usability.
