Wonderfully preserved example of a unique Type 3 Notchback. This car was originally sold in the Netherlands and has had only 2 owners before it was exported to the current owner in Ireland in 2009. All the paperwork and even the original Dutch plates have been kept, so it can be reregistered in the Netherlands on the original plates. Since 2009 the car has been maintained and used regularly to keep it in good mechanical condition. The mileage of 75. 500 km (47k miles) is believed to be genuine! Always stored under cover, the car is virtually rustfree. The old, tatty rubber flooring has been removed to give a better view of the completely solid and rustfree floorpan, sills and heater channels. A full original standard carpet set can be fitted before delivery if need be. The only letdown of this uniquely original car is a slight paint mismatch on the right hand side front wing, which was repainted to repair a scratch. A wonderfully practical car to use or store, in great overall condition. This is the single carb model, so no "tuning woes" to get the twin carbs set up correctly. Turn the key, drive and enjoy. Car is currently in Ireland close to Cork airport, but transport can also be arranged.
