Thanks for taking your time to view my advert for the lovely Audi 80 Coupe in red. It’s a brilliant little car which doesn’t leave heads unturned.
I have owned the car since September 2022 and used it as a daily vehicle up until the end of December. Recently I had a chance to buy a vehicle which I always wanted to own, so unfortunately the Audi has to find a new home.
Now some facts about the vehicle, since I owned it, I have changed a wheel bearing (front right) and recently completed a full service (end of December) with all oil and filter changes, spark plugs, two new front tires and thermostat, all receipts present.
I have saved the history of what was done by the previous owner, and will provide to the new buyer. The car comes with partial history and booklets which were present from the date of sale of this lovely motor.
From cool features which I like about this car? Working sunroof, fair economy and awesome interior which has been well maintained.
From negative points, as you can see on the images the front right wing has started to rust, and easiest way to be honest will be to find a new one. I have tried finding a red wing since day one of owning it, but unfortunately couldn’t find one in the correct colour, and I just never got round to buying a new one and painting it (probably the easiest, unless you are more lucky than I am) Door has little rust patch (see image) but can be taken care of at a specialist garage. Also as you can see door exterior trim rubbers also suffer a common issue with the type, and will need replacing. Again, tried finding ones with people breaking these vehicles for spares, but they seem to be a number one thing to go. If you have time, patience and willingness to take care of these little cosmetics issues, this will be a great vehicle for you.
