Very nice XR4i in Caspian Blue with grey interior, fast Fords have always been desirable and are often big news with some achieving huge prices.
A600NNE was first registered on 28 March 1984, it has a full and extensive service/ maintenance history with 2 large box files of receipts & invoices for everything that's ever been spent on it, one for over £750 for top end and new timing gear, also lots of old MOT. s, quite a few old tax discs, there's even lots of receipts from the post office for when it got taxed + a few old V5's.
It is with great remorse and reluctance I am putting Annie up for sale, this is only because I am expecting a new arrival soon - a car ofcourse, something I have wanted for many years, so ANNIE must find a new custodian.
I have spent over £1600 and many hours detailing, I had the wheels refurbed and 4 new Yokohamas.
Just recently MOT'd & taxed, she will be MOT & tax exempt from March next year.
I generally keep my classics for many years, this was to replace my Capri which I sold last year (which I had for almost 7 years)
She drives and sounds great and gets lots of pointing, waves & thumbs up.
The paint is mostly original, the rear spoiler has lacquer peel
There is the odd blemish, BUT, NO rust dings, or dents.
It still looks great with the Caspian Blue paint making it stand out, in my view the best colour for this car. It is still showable, I have it booked into several shows this year - which I now may not be able to attend.
Not many XR4i's left, it comes with all original manuals + a Haynes Sierra V6 manual + a Sierra sales brochure, and one brochure/ bookazine about the XR4i, there are also a few "ANNIE" decals - made up in the XR font style.
I am sure A600NNE is quite a well-known car on the show scene and Sierra and XR clubs, there are a few XR owners club mags & newsletters as well.
This is well worth a look.
Lots more photos upon request.
Reduced Price .............
Do NOT offer through "secure payment" !!!I love old Fords, I've had a few, including various Sierra's, I always wanted an XR$i back in the day, but generally stuck with Capri's, the sound of the Cologne V6 is really good, and this looks great in this colour.
