WHAT A CAR WE HAVE HERE, I HAVE WELL AND TRUELY BEEN BITTEN BY THE CRX BUG! THIS IS MY 3RD WITHIN THE PAST MONTH OR SO, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM. I'VE HAD A UK SPEC D16A9, A JDM SPEC SIR WITH A B18C6 SWAP AND NOW THIS WEAPON, BLACK JDM TIN TOP WITH A 2. 2 VTEC H22 SWAP FROM A PRELUDE FITTED WITH A LSD GEARBOX. NOW, IN MY OPINION THE H SERIES ENGINE IS MASSIVELY UNDERRATED, IN THE HONDA WORLD IT'S EITHER A B SWAP OR A K SWAP BECAUSE OF THE TUNING CAPABILITIES. A K SWAP IN A CRX IS A LOT OF WORK, THE B SERIES IS RELATIVELY EASY BUT B SERIES PARTS ARE NOW BECOMING RATHER EXPENSIVE. HAVING RECENTLY OWNED A B18C6 SWAPPED CRX I CAN SAFELY SAY YOU REALLY FEEL THE EXTRA TORQUE WITH THE H22 LUMP IN SOMETHING SO LIGHTWEIGHT, ADD THAT TO THE VTEC KICKING IN EARLIER MAKES FOR A MORE FUN DRIVING EXPERIENCE. I LOVE THIS CAR, SHE'S TAX AND IM USING THE CRX MYSELF, BEEN TO RETRO RIDES AT GOODWOOD, A FEW CAR AND COFFEE MORNINGS LOCALLY, BOOKED IN FOR BHP FEST AT EXETER AND ALSO JDM DAY AT CASTLE COOMBE, THAT IS IF SHE HASN'T SOLD BY THEN.

THIS CRX WAS IMPORTED TO THE UK IN 2018, I HAVE A SMALL FILE WITH SOME SERIVING BILLS AND PARTS REPLACEMENT INVOICES SINCE IMPORT. I PURCHASED THE CRX FROM A YOUNG LADY WHO USED IT AS A DAILY FOR A YEAR OR SO WHILE SHE WAS HAVING WORK DONE TO HER EVO 8, A PROPER PETROL HEAD. IN THAT TIME THE CRX WAS LOOKED AFTER BY JTD TUNING HONDA SPECIALISTS. SERVICED IN NOVEMBER 2022 WHICH INCLUDED: OIL FILTER, AIR FILTER, SPARK PLUGS, FRESH ENGINE OIL, COOLANT FLUSH AND A NEW FUEL PUMP. THE CURRENT MILEAGE READS 153, 000 KMS WHICH IS CIRCA 95, 000 MILES.

I HAVE THE ORIGINAL SEATBELTS SHOULD YOU WANT TO REMOVE THE HARNESS'. STILL HAS THE ORIGINAL REAR SEATS AND REAR PARCEL SHELF, RECENTLY PAINTED ROCKER COVER WHICH LOOKS GREAT.

TO DRIVE? AN ABSOLUTE WEAPON! PICKS UP SO WELL, YOU CAN BE IN 5TH GEAR CRUISING AT 30MPH AND SHE DOESN'T BOG DOWN, VTEC KICKS IN HARD AT 5K WITH NO SMOKE AND PULLS ALL THE WAY TO 8K+, NO OIL LEAKS, NOTHING UNTOWARD TO REPORT, MAKES AN AWESOME NOISE, NO CRUNCHING IN THE GEARS AND THE CLUTCH BITES WHERE YOU WANT IT TO. SUFFICE TO SAY SHE STARTS, IDLES, ACCELERATES, HANDLES AND BRAKES ALL AS YOU WOULD HOPE. A TRUE DRIVERS CAR, LIGHTWEIGHT, BUNDLES OF POWER, GREAT NOISE WITH NO POWER STEERING OR ABS, A 200BHP GO-KART!

THE BODYWORK IS GOOD FOR HER AGE, THERE ARE LOTS OF LITTLE IMPERFECTIONS HERE AND THAT AS YOU WOULD EXPECT FOR A 30 YEAR OLD RACE ORIENTATED CAR, A FAIR FEW SMALL CAR PARK DENTS PRESENT, DEFINITELY NOT A SHOW WINNER BUT SHE STILL MORE THAN LOOKS THE PART. IVE TAKEN THE CRX TO A FEW SHOWS AND SHE ALWAYS GETS ADMIRING GLANCES. WHO DOESN'T LOVE A BLACK JDM TIN TOP CRX? THE PAINT IS PRETTY GOOD FOR HER AGE, RETAINS ITS GLOSSY SHINE ALL AROUND BUT AGAIN SHE ISN'T PERFECT, NOR DO WE HOPE YOU EXPECT SUCH. I HAVE 50+ PHOTOS AND A FEW VIDEOS FOR ANY PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS TO HAVE A LOOK AT. ALL IN ALL SHE'S IN GOOD SHAPE, THE ARCHES HAVE BEEN CUT OUT AND PROPERLY FABRICATED IN THE PAST, THE SILLS AND DOOR SHUTS ARE IN GOOD ORDER AND SHE'S NOT BEEN CAKED IN UNDERSEAL.

THE INTERIOR IS IN GOOD ORDER, NO RIPS OR TEARS TO THE UPHOLSTERY, HEADLINING, CARPETS OR TRIM. BAR FROM THE SEATS, HARNESS', HARNESS BAR AND DIGITAL SPEEDO ITS ALL ORIGINAL IN CONDITION. THE BRIDE BUCKET SEATS WERE PURCHASED NEW EARLIER THIS YEAR SO THEY'RE IN FINE CONDITION. AS FAR AS BUCKET SEATS GO THEY'RE QUITE COMFORTABLE, IVE DRIVEN THE CRX LOTS OVER RECENT WEEKS AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

A WELL SPEC'D JDM HONDA CRX TIN TOP PRESENTED IN FACTORY BLACK, H22 2. 2 VTEC ENGINE AND LSD GEARBOX, BIG BRAKE UPGRADE, VTEC CONTROLLER, 95K MILES ON THE SHELL, LOOKED AFTER BY A HONDA TUNING SPECIALIST, LONG MOT, SOME SERVICE HISTORY AND A SUPERB DRIVING EXPERIENCE. WELL WORTH TRAVELLING TO VIEW, WE CETRAINLY DON'T THINK YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. I WILL MISS THIS CAR.
