This is a left hand drive 2000cc. Five Seats, three with full three point harness. Full engine rebuild May 2022. MOT May 2023. Mot and Tax exempt and the fun bit emissions tax exempt.

The Honest bit every year owning a VW T2 requires a level of maintenance to keep it at a high level of standard. Last couple of years I have focused on the engine. Getting it so it will keep up to modern day traffic speeds without overheating like all VW have a problem with, although not this one any more. This has taken my attention way from three areas of body work which need looking again. They are detailed in the pictures. One of a seam, one area at the front near the bumper and the last just near the rear bumper.
Will you need to spend money on this van yes, but no more than any other camper van. You can expect every year to keep it looking at a high standard to spend some money on any camper van. At the moment on this camper the engine and mechanical areas are better than when they left the factory. You can wave at all the other camper vans as you pass them.
The living area has been modified to fit in with are every day living needs. Fridge sink gas hob and double usb point. With out changing the originality of the T2, no modern units. What more do you need. Turn up to your campsite put the kettle on. Charge your phone, book your next campsite. Have family fun. Sleep in comfort with the new fire-retardant rock and roll seat foam and pop top foam. Both of which has a memory foam topper as an extra built in. This is a great bus which will bring many happy holidays. She has been loving restored to combine modern needs while keeping all the original features. This T2 Camper will sit at 70mph all day long and accelerate at the speed of a modern T6. She now has 110hp increased from the original factory 70hp. Performance VW brake upgrade which allows ample stopping capability.
Inside it was imperative to keep the old retro units and work with them. Fitting a fridge kit in the old cool box created a unique usable fridge to go camping for weeks. The addition of the sink and gas hob combo into the original work top looks greet and and has turn out a winner. New fire-retardant rock and roll seat foam and pop top foam was essential along with all new fuel lines. Not just for safety and practicality it has made her E10 compatible.
