Equipped with high-end, fine parts, sparing no expense, with a fat 2. 7-litre Type 4 engine, sequential fuel injection (Ecumaster EMU), fuel rail throttle bodies, high compression, JE pistons, a very aggressive camshaft, CNC heads fully milled, large valves, Hall sensor instead of distributor, 275 bhp, 395 Nm of torque, Crushion race clutch, oil cooler, CSP Python 48 mm, carbon fibre fan housing, special connecting rods, ZF Porsche 901 5-speed gearbox with differential lock! A VW Beetle with this much power and only 710 kg curb weight, with such fine ingredients, is just a blast!!! In the 1960s I already drove Beetles with Porsche 356 Super 90 engines! The child in me is still there, only age (78) and health are catching up with me! This Beetle has been built with a lot of love and nothing has been spared. Painted in Maserati silver, it’s admired everywhere. It drives nicely and venomously; the exhaust and intake noises are addictive! This car stands out from the rest and is unique; the connoisseur knows what I’m talking about! Because nothing was spared, a buyer should appreciate the price. The manufacturing costs are, unfortunately, six figures. Signs of use appropriate to its age are present as patina. As a silhouette, it is simply impulsive—the way a Beetle should look, in my view, and no other way!
