For sale is my late fathers Peugeot 405 GR.
His passing means he doesn't use it as much as he would like and as my mum doesn't drive she has asked me (their son) to sell it on.
He only purchased it 2 years ago with a genuine 30. 941 miles on the clock.
Since owning it he (me) has done a lot of maintenance and repair of which he kept a record of.
This includes:
1. Cambelt change. 10/ 7/ 2021 at 30. 941 miles.
2. New heater matrix, gearbox oil change, engine oil and filter change, coolant change, new ignition leads and spark plugs. 24/ 7/ 2021 at 30. 994 miles.
3. New petrol pump and electronic ignition module. 14/ 5/ 2022 at 32. 276 miles.
4. New diaphragm to carburettor pump and carb rebuild. 3/ 6/ 2022 at 32. 363 miles.
5. Fit reconditioned distributor. 30/ 7/ 2022 at 32. 873 miles.
6. Fit new ignition coil. 2/ 9/ 2022 at 32. 928 miles.
7. M. O. T until 30/ 6/ 2024
8. New cv boot fitted on front passenger side and four new tyres.
As you can see from the photos the car is in general very good condition with no signs of rust anywhere on the bodywork. there is what looks like a blemish on the passenger side door where a supermarket trolley has given it a scrape but its not very noticable and a small 1" scratch on drivers side passenger door. All the electrics including the sunroof, mirrors and front windows work fine and so does the original Clarion radio cassette. The vehicle comes with the original owners hand book, owners guide and service record.
I only have one key and remote fob at the moment although I'm sure there were two with the car when he bought it but we have yet to find the second one. We have also failed to find the V5 as well but we have the V5/ C form. If we do discover these items after the sale I will be happy to send them on. I know there is a Haynes manual as well.
