A folder full of paperwork comes with this vehicle , service history, Mot’s and receipts for parts and repairs. It even has the receipt from the initial purchase of the vehicle from the VW/ AUDI dealership by a doctor back in 1984.
The car has not been lowered or modified in any way, it is completely original. The hood is in good nick and it only has a small patch of rust on the rear boot.
The two major issues are:
The original blue checked seats are threadbare, however I have been assured by a reputable upholsterer that this can be easily rectified.
Unfortunately, it was written off in 2010, Cat D. I have written to the DVLA, who have confirmed that they will re-qualify it back to a Cat C if the following work is undertaken by a reputable dealership. I believe it should have been a Cat C initially anyway, the damaged was purely cosmetic, I drove away from the incident and continued to drive the vehicle for a further 2 months, before parking it away in a water tight container., where it has resided ever since. Vindis came out to assess the vehicle in 2014 and gave me the following quote to get it the back to Showroom quality.
