This is the rare supercharger model which was only available in Japan and USA and this car was imported into the UK from Japan in 1997.
The car starts, runs and drives without fault, Everything works including the pop up headlights, courtesy lights, Electric ariel etc.
In the time i have had it, i have never really used it much and so have decided to sell as I am restoring my 86 Corolla GT and will need the garage space for that.
The car was MOT'd in May this year, and was serviced at the same time as the mot.
It's a rust free example and I have all photos to show its not a rot box. Arches, Sills, floor, and both front and rear valances are solid. This is my 4th Mk1 MR2 and best one I have had. The car can be inspected on a ramp, or you are more than welcome to arrange your own independent inspection.
I am advertising for a very fair price due to a quick sale required, if i dont get the asking price than I will be just putting it into long term storage, and letting it go up in price.
There's not many Superchargers for sale at this time. Supercharger MR2's are rare now even in Japan and prices are going up accordingly. None of the cars i have seen have the rare Factory option rear LED brake light spoiler, or the Mirrored T-BAR Glass. This also had the electric folding mirrors option from factory.
Located in Huddersfield, West YorkshireI purchased this from an Elderly Gentleman in October 2021 who was an avid Toyota enthusiast, and had owned it 10 years. Previous Keeper to him had owned it a similar amount of time since being imported into the UK in 1997.
