Ford Capri with a 5. 0 V8 engine! It goes as well as it looks, sounds like thunder too.
Very straight shell, excellent underneath, needs nothing.
This started life as a 1. 6 Laser, but as can be seen it's a long way from that now, a properly engineered car is how I'd describe it.
15 inch wheels from the 280 have been fitted and suit the car well.
It has the correct T5 gearbox for this engine.
Big brakes have been fitted so no hair raising panic at the 1st bend. The car handles very well and of course it goes like the clappers.
There is a comprehensive history file including a detailed story of the build listing every component used, loads of old MOT'S proving the mileage to be correct. There's a photographic history of the build too.
Now fitted with an RS 4 spoke steering wheel which really suits it.
Original handbook and service record are there too.
Nicest bit of literature is the original bill of sale.
Long MOT but it will be exempt next year.
Only 2 recorded keepers from the same family and its correctly registered as a 5. 0. I pay £112 for a years insurance.
