I’m selling my rare manual BMW 328 cabriolet. The car has been in dry storage for around 9 years, these last few years I have driven it to the mot test centre. This racks up a good 12 miles per year! With less than 72, 000 miles on it, there’s less than half average miles on it.
In order to prepare the car for sale, I’ve fitted a new battery, alternator and a full set of brake discs and pads, including caliper overhaul. The front tyres have been replaced due to perishing, so new a pair of period look Perelli P7s tyres have been fitted.
The car has an immaculate green mohare soft top, with a great headlining. The plastic rear screen is also in great condition. The car comes with matching hard top, this too is in fabulous condition.
The interior is very clean with no rips or tears, the original over mats have kept the carpets very clean and free from wear. The dash is in great order with all pixels working correctly. The torch is still in the glove box. The stereo is a retro flip front CD player (JVC with remote!) the boot is very clean, with the triangle and first aid kit still present.
The car has signs of some paintwork in the past, though the wheels have been fully refurbished during my tenure. There a few spots of rust visible, one on the passenger side kick plate that was probably the result of shutting the seat belt buckle in the door and there’s a couple of spots on the boot lid. The car has 2 keys and all original locks.
Having left the factory with plenty of options, mostly Msport upgrades, bodkykit, steering wheel and gear knob, clear front fog lights, rear splitter, red and white rear lights, clear indicator's etc. the full list is in the photos.
I’ll be taking the car for it’s new mot this week, so it will come with a full 12 months mot. Unfortunately, some one liberated all of the service pack from the car, so it has no documented service history, but inspections are welcomed.
