1963 Turner Ford-GT.
A very unseen underdog at the Historic Racing scene.
Ford pre x-flow engine on 1650cc that can produced approx 145bhp if build right and a homologated weight of 508kgs!
This car gives you Elan speed for half the money and you are not just another Lotus on the grid but in a rare car.
Im racing Turner in GTS11 1601-2000cc myself so know the way.
This particular car is a period racecar raced in the early sixties by R. W. Hamilton at various british tracks such as Silverstone "Lap record holder", Brands Hatch, Castle Combe and the mighty Goodwood.
The car was then taken apart to be restored and got the frame blasted and powdercoated before fitting a brand new alloy tub from Nigel Taylor.
Everything on the frame Suspension/ brakes/ Steering is restored to high specs and a brand new fiberglass body comes with the car together with the original doors, bonnet and boot lid.
The car was registered EWP310C in period and the original number plates comes with the car aswell as UK V5 and period documentation and race programmes.
The car stands as a rolling chassis on mag wheels with body, windscreen, propshaft, differential, dashboard, tail lights, dampers, handbrake, various new raceparts, Hardtop, silencer, large core radiator, bumpers, grille, and other parts.
Full race Ford engine and straight cut 2000E Elan gearbox avaliable at seperat negotiation.
This is an absolute bargain and is sold way under what it should actually cost.
Worldwide shipping possible at very reasonable cost. Period racecar!
