——————-———NOW SOLD ———————-——-A very clean and tidy BMW R65 with only 15, 100 miles on the clock, which I have owned for 2 years.
Date of Reg Mar 1981. Matching Frame and Engine Numbers.
Stainless Keihan exhausts. Some localised pitting/ scratch marks on the seat from a PO's cat .. apparently.
The frame looks as though it has been touched up in places, in the past.
The bike has its pump and lock which fits into the frame.
Ikon shocks fitted, but original shocks supplied with the bike.
The previous owner maintained the bike to the BMW schedule and there is a large file of work carried out by him.
Under my ownership the bike has been faultless and serviced by a BMW specialist in Stroud. A full service was carried out in May 2022.
Bike is now registered as historic. Last MOT was July 2021 with no advisories.
In summary this is a good honest bike in pretty much original condition.
2 sets of keys.
The stated mileage will go up as I still enjoy taking the bike out for a trundle.
