A fine example of a replica AC Cars 1963 specification AC Cobra 289 in right-hand drive. The car has been a project over the past few years after being received in a part exchange deal.
Specifications include: 3 inch diameter chassis tubes, transverse springs, T10 Tex Racing gear box, Ford 302 V8 engine.
The body is an alloy body with no vents & no humps as per 1963 specification (first one with rack and pin steering). The highly desirable Cobra has been made with the majority of parts supplied by AC Cars.
Potential FIA papers applicable due to specification of the car.
