Here we have a clean, tidy and driving well example of this famous American muscle car. Imported to the UK in 1987 and originally in black. It looks great with a scooped bonnet, flip tail rear spoiler, patriot chrome side pipes and polished alloys. The history file shows the engine was rebuilt in 2001 with receipts for all parts and work, the auto transmission was also overhauled in 2002. Virtually all items have been overhauled or replaced at some point in its life with lots of invoices in the file. A lot supplied or work carried out by the well know Corvette Kingdom of Norfolk UK. Used many times over the last couple of summers and garaged under a cover for the winter.
Good paint and bodywork, but not concours, nice underside with chassis and sills well protected and undersealed, no oil leaks from engine, gearbox, axle or steering rack. Very clean, tidy and presentable engine bay.
Interior is original with good patina on leather seats and carpets, roof panels fit well with good seals, same with door seals, the roof panels have leather storage bags which keeps them clean and safe when removed. Headlights work operate up and down and all other electrics are working. She is driving very well and starts on the button hot and cold.
