Very reluctantly for sale is my lovely Jaguar XJS 4. 0 facelift.
New MOT until 24th September 2024
Mileage is 116k with service book completed to 102k miles
Car has only covered around 30 miles in the last 10 years or so.
It needs to be driven.
The body is very solid.
It had some rust around the bottom corners of the windscreen which was all cut out and new metal welded in. Paintshop then stripped back wheels arches, rear buttresses etc to bare metal before giving car a lovely fresh coat of paint in original blue.
The wheels have been completely refurbished and powder coated.
Has had new spark plugs, HT leads, etc and oil &filter change and it starts first time and runs smooth.
Gearbox changes smoothly with no clunks or bangs
Due to the car not being driven as much as it should there are a couple of electrical gremlins that will need sorting (isn't there always with a Jag) seats and radio
It has the very rare grey half leather interior that is in very good (but not perfect) condition. Has a new headliner fitted.
Rear spoiler fitted that really suits the car.
I will be very sorry to see this car go but unfortuntely due to change of personal circumstances it needs to go.
