This is my much loved 1995 Volvo 850 / 855 2. 3 T5 GLE Manual estate
I have decided to sell up and raise funds for a family car as I'm doing under 2000 miles a year at the moment.
I've owned the car for nearly 3 years and in that time have looked after it well. The car comes with a stack of history/ paperwork going back to it's original purchase and it has some spare parts that come included too.
Good bits:
- The interior is blue! This has to be one of my favourite parts of the car, I've never seen another one like it, the seats are blue leather also and it's absolutely stunning!
- It drives like a dream. The engine is solid and really pulls very well. I do put it through its paces occasionally (as they are meant to be driven) and it never fails to put a smile on my face.
- Everything works! The electronic windows, the central locking, the radio, the heated seats etc.
- Cambelt done around 160k miles (2016)
- PCV system done in 2017
- Folder full of paperwork spanning 4 decades

Bad bits:
- The bodywork is in great shape but as you can imagine with a 28 year old car, it has a few marks here and there.
- Very slight bubbling has started along the roof rails although this can easily be repaired
- Some minor wear on the driver bolster, could be repaired by an upholsterer/ leather repair
- The air con doesn't blow cold
More about the car:
- The car has an after-market air system however the original airbox is still available and in a working condition.
- Comes with OEM T5 Alloys that have been refurbished in a gun-metal grey (They look brilliant)
- Full new set of 40mm lowered springs (June-23)
- Limo tinted rear windows (x5) applied and removable if required
- Custom twin swept exhaust, looks and sounds lovely
The car has 12-months MOT, it's available immediately to drive away with all paperwork i. e. log book ready to go.
