Mercedes S320 imported from Hong Kong. I bought the car pre COVID with a blown head gasket.
I had the and other work done properly at a cost of almost £4000 and the car was MOT'd.
Along came COVID and the car remained at the garage locked away, during this time some ne'rdo'well stole the catalytic converter.
The car is in an exceptional condition and rust free.
It needs recommissioning and a post storage fettle and will make an exceptional car.
The mileage shown on the MOT check site and the odometer is not correct, the speedometer was changed when the car was imported for a second hand unit showing considerably more mileage and this wasn't recalibrated at the time.
I have a note of all the correct mileages and a conversation with VOSA will get the vehicle history corrected and the right mileage shown of approximately 65, 000 miles.
Again right money, I'm not in a rush to sell, if it doesn't make the right money I'll store it in a container.
