Originally from Italy, the car has been in the UK for 22 years with 5 UK Owners. Finished in the vibrant Winner Red riding on 'Final Edition' Speedline 16" wheels. The 2. 0-litre turbocharged inline-four has been upgraded with bigger cams, vernier pulleys, a hybrid turbocharger, a high-flow air filter, a front-mount intercooler, an uprated radiator, oil cooler and head gasket, a custom stainless-steel manifold, a custom stainless-steel exhaust system, two-stage boost and chip, and an uprated fuel pump.
Other amazing improvements include an uprated clutch, upgraded brake discs, adjustable Ohlins coilover suspension, strut braces, an Alcantara-trimmed dished Turn One steering wheel from the Lancia 037, and a Blitz full auto turbo timer. Inside features beige leather upholstery, and retrofitted Evoluzione II Recaro leather seats, which I have always vastly preferred.
The car comes with a copy of Performance Tuner magazine with a feature on the car from August 2008, the original spare wheel, tools, and Evoluzione II parcel shelf, a Lancia sales brochure, the Ohlins information leaflets, and a huge folder of maintenance invoices, parts invoices and documentation.
Drives brilliantly on the roads, starts immediately on the key turn, godly ride and very smooth and solid. The most recent maintenance was carried out in March 2023 by Lancia specialist Walkers Garage Limited, which consisted of a major service with a belt and fluid change, a full health check on the engine, the setup of the new ohlins suspension, a replacement sump, replacement breather non-return valve, new front anti-roll bar links, new spark plugs, compression check, replacement upper and lower gaskets on sump, and replacement of leaking balance shaft seals in the bell housing. Total bill of !4645!
Recent MOT in July was a first time pass. Other notable maintenance includes new alloy wheels with all new Michelin tyres fitted, a four wheel alignment in December 2022. I have driven several Evos and this is the best of the lot. Fantastic car.
