2000 Rover 25 iS 1. 6 for sale.
Up for sale is this superb Rover 25 with just 33k miles on the clock. I have owned and enjoyed this 25 for a few months, but it is now time to find it a new home. The car drives incredibly well, with a very smooth engine and gearbox and no knocks, squeaks or rattles whatsoever. This 25 has just one previous owner prior to my ownership, and comes with full comprehensive main dealer history, with a major service carried out in January 2023 at 32, 971 miles and a replacement timing belt and water pump being fitted in January 2021. Unfortunately the car has suffered from some lacquer peel to the roof and bonnet, as well as some minor surface corrosion to both rear arches where the paint has chipped, but it is in very decent, presentable condition nevertheless. The electric sunroof works but is sealed shut due to previous leaks, and the driver’s window isn’t working. The 25 is an increasingly rare car, especially this example being one of the earliest built V registered cars and in high spec ‘iS’ guise.
