Here for sale is my Honda CBR400-RR (NC-29) 1992. Currently on 27k miles and has 250+ days MOT ready to ride. Mileage will increase very slightly as the bike is still ridden.
This bike is in great condition, it has had a huge amount of time and money put into it. Mechanically runs spot on, it has £800 spent on it this past summer to get it running perfectly. The carburettors have been stripped and ultrasonically cleaned and rebuilt. The carbs have also been re-jetted slightly to compensate for the exhaust. It has had two new coil packs, new fuel pump and fuel filter, new NGK iridium spark plugs. Front brakes have been stripped and rebuilt. The exhaust and downpipes have been removed, all new gaskets and bolts installed. New front and rear Bridgestone Battlax BT090 Pro tyres. New oil less than 100 miles ago, new coolant, brake fluid... The list goes on. Cleaned and maintained weekly.
All bodywork is in great condition, fairings shine like new with very few marks anywhere. The bike has been stripped down to the frame and rebuilt at some point. The frame was painted from silver to matte black. The tank, front and rear wheels, forks, brakes, engine, and clutch cover have also all been removed and professionally sprayed to match. (Bronze/ Orange). Front brake and clutch levers are fully adjustable. It has loads of extras: CBR bar ends, full black front screen, LED indicators front and rear, dark smoked rear lights, fuel exhaust, carbon style fuel cap, savage transparent knee grips, R&G frame sliders, carbon style handlebar covers, custom valve caps. It has also had new racing style rear sets for a more comfortable riding position. I?m sure that I?m forgetting some bits but there is too much to list.
Only negative things to say about the bike is that there is a very small chip on the tank by the fuel cap, my own fault. The engine and clutch covers also have very small stone chips, but nothing you wouldn?t expect, displayed in photos. The left hand side of the frame also had a small bit of fuel spilt that smudged a small section of the black paint.
Full V5C is present in my name. Overall an incredible bike and unlike most other NC29's. It screams all the way up to 16, 000RPM, top speed just shy of 140mph. I have taken a walk around video I can send over just send me a message, I can also do a videocall with any serious buyers.
