Summary and history of Metro 6R4 CHASSIS NO 118.

The car begon its life as clubman shell at Austin Rover motorsport as one of the 200 build as a group B Rallycar.
It was prepared by G Tech as a full international car with a 3 liter engine for Rallycross in 1987/ 8 on behalf of mr Tom Bisset, who drove the 89 Britisch championship with it.
It was acquired by Hans Willem te Pas in 1990, who drove it for the first time in the ERC round of Arendonk (Belgium).
in its Silkolene livery (Black with gold and red stripes)
For the Erc round of Holland (Valkenswaard) it was rented out to mr Ed van Schie and it appeared in white.
For the ERC round of Norway (Lyngas Drammen)it changed its engine for an 3. 6 ltr and it appeared in red for the first time.
That year it drove the ERC rounds of Germany (Buxtehude) and England (lyddon)
That year it also participated in the internations cup at the Nurburgring aswell in the Britisch rallycross Grand Prix at Brands Hatch.
In 1991 it participated in all the ERC rounds aswell in the Dutch rounds.
In 1992 the car was sold to mr HPM van PuttenMG Metro 6r4
