Body:
Full body restoration early 2000s with lots of photographs.
New panels including wings, side sills, lower sections and floor sections inc boot floor. Fully repainted inside and out in original colour, cavities injected with wax. New fuel tank, Various chrome trim replaced, new rubbers, new lamps and lenses, rear mud flaps (removable). Very good panel gaps and door shuts.
Over £30, 000 spent since restoration to make it a high quality fast road car, using some of the best components.

Engine:
1600 Twin Cam engine fully rebuilt by the highly regarded Bob Dove Motorsports, with new pistons and liners, big end bearings, main bearings, new chains (top and bottom) gas flowed and polished head, fast road Camshafts. Dellorto carbs replaced with twin Weber 40DCOE Carburettors on new carb mounts with GTA trumpets and Pipercross filter socks. New fuel hoses, new distributor, rotor arm, cap and condenser. Stainless steel "GTA" exhaust manifold with "GTA" sports exhaust system. Lightweight Aluminium radiator, with new hoses. Alfaholics lightweight Odyssey battery and FIA tray. High capacity remote fuel pump.
Gearbox: New clutch, gearbox overhauled/ rebuilt, Alfaholics "race" clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder. Girling race reservoir.
Limited Slip Differential (LSD) rear axle. Refurbished and balanced propshaft with new UJs.

Brakes:
Full 2000 braking system with twin servos rebuilt (Front + Rear). Rebuilt calipers, Goodrich braided hose set. EBC "green stuff" pads.

Suspension:
Upgraded components including 2000 uprights, new rebound straps, Bilstein Sport front dampers, Koni rear dampers, new bump stops, Brand new Eibach 40mm lowering springs. GTA Top arms at the front (adjustable). 29mm Front anti roll bar with upgraded T bar and trailing arm bushes (Superflex and Pirelli). New track rod ends, rear anti roll bar removed.

Wheels/ tyres:
Nearly new 7 x 14" Lightweight "GTA" wheels with magnesium look finish. Nearly new Pirelli Cinturato CN36 classic re-issue tyres (The best tyres you can buy!) This wheel and tyre combo alone is £2. 5k

Interior:
New Classic Alfa carpet set, additional sound proofing, new BF Torino Lemans seats in leather and basket weave with new runners. Custom Corbeau 4 point clubman harnesses with inertia reel. Half roll cage with mounted fire extinguisher. Rear seats removed. New Alfaholics Momo California quick release leather steering wheel. Non radio dashboard in very good condition.

History:
Genuine UK supplied RHD Drive with prettier small rear lights (Italian built - not South African).
HPI Clear (it has been on this number plate since new).
A big box of old/ spare parts, some of which are valuable.
Huge history file with copies of older V5s, receipts going back years from specialists such as Alfaholics, EB Spares, Classic Alfa, and the such. Comes with both sets of original keys and a spare wheel. The bills amount to over £30, 000 and that doesn't include the body restoration.

Condition:
Overall, it is very good, it has done an estimated 20, 000 miles since the early 2000s when it was restored, It has had constant expenditure on it since. There are the odd imperfections around the body, but generally it is very nice. Entire underside was ice blasted and treated last year.

It's just had a full days rolling road set up at CCK Historics, The carbs were tuned/ balanced as well as new jets/ needles. It made 128BHP (Stock is 108 at 6000RPM). Max BHP and torque was dialled down to just under 120bhp to make it more tractable. The wheel alignment was also done at the same time. In the last 500 miles, it has had a major service including plugs and all fluids (Millers), the tyres are almost new.

This is such a fun car to drive, it's very engaging, makes a wonderful noise and makes you feel like you are going much faster than you are!

Whilst the car is superb, it is still an older restoration so there are imperfections around the car, Having said that, It is an absolute joy to drive, it still gets so much positive attention, and drives so well (bearing in mind it weighs well under 1 tonne).
