Overview:
This stunning early Scalino-bodied GT Junior is an original RHD example, sourced from the dry climate of Johannesburg South Africa, and has since undergone a no-expense-spared, body-off restoration back to its original colour combination.
The bodywork is exceptionally straight, with excellent panel fit and shut lines, finished in a deep, high-gloss red. The interior has been fully retrimmed in black, offering a clean and period-correct finish throughout.
Mechanically, the car is equally impressive. The rebuilt 1. 3L twin overhead cam engine, fitted with twin Weber 40 DCOE carburettors, performs strongly and revs freely. The 5-speed gearbox is precise and smooth, making the car a genuine pleasure to drive.
With the addition of Alfaholics wheels and fast road suspension, the car benefits from improved handling and stance while retaining its classic character.
