My Velo was fully restored by the top people in 2010; Engine and gearbox rebuilt by Nick Payton, forks by Ray Daniels, magneto by David Lindsey.
The bore is +020 and the compression 8. 12:1.
There is good attention to detail; for instance the handlebar controls are finished in the correct satin chrome. Oh yes and it goes like the clappers and is surprisingly smooth.
There is a folder of receipts and an RF60 log book.
