I searched high and low for this Turbo with our local Porsche guru. You will not find another similar with this high spec & service (maintenance) history. I will be gutted to see her go!
Only selling as I have bought a new car and the missus has a one in one out policy going since I retired in the Summer! Close to £2K spent in December – Replacement of the rear spoiler hydraulic system (RAMs) an expensive, common fault with 996, 997 Turbos. Replacement of the tricky oil pressure switch/ sensor (another 996 turbo common fault). Replacement of Window Regulator (another expensive common fault).
The car underwent a full inspection [JCT600 – Brooklands, Leeds] and after completion of maintenance as described above, was given a full, clean bill of health for the next lucky owner.

Once owned by the managing director of PARR, Porsche Independent Specialists. His, personal, daily ride and he certainly spoiled his baby with some expensive Performance Enhancements of his own.
PIPERCROSS AIR FILTER + STAINLESS STEEL SPORTS EXHAUST + 200 CELL SPORTS CATS + STAINLESS TUBULAR MANIFOLDS + FORGE MOTORSPORT ACTUATOR VALVES + FORGE MOTORSPORT PIPEWORK + UPGRADED BREMBO BIG BRAKES WITH TURBO S YELLOW CALLIPERS. ECU RE-MAP 460 BHP, matching the performance of a 997 Turbo S.

A total joy and super-exciting drive, but, also a safe, appreciating, investment.
A genuine Head Turner. In immaculate condition for its mature age. Body (paintwork) presenting excellently. Basalt Black metallic paint with, striking, Turbo S Style Big Brembo Yellow Callipers and those very special, OZ Ultraleggera Wheels, ensure this 996 Turbo stands out from other 996 turbos.

Is the 996 Twin-turbo a Future Classic? 100% it is!
The 996 generation expanded the Porsche range significantly, introducing a number of new variants. Most notably, the first GT3 was released as part of the 996. 1 and another even wilder version, the GT2, as a 996. 2 car. It's now been around 24 years since the launch of the 996! The car is already a modern classic! £ for £ you will not find a more impressive, well-maintained, example than this.

P8 CXX SUMMARY
This is not just your ordinary 996 twin turbo?
A highly desirable, every-day, high-performance, super car. Presented in black-on-black. 460bhp to all four wheels via a new Tiptronic transmission that was replaced under warranty by Bournemouth Porsche Centre. Riding on 19” OZ Racing HLT Ultraleggera, Lightweight, Race Spec Wheels (a £4K option), with Porsche Crest Centre Caps that include correct, front & rear spacers.
An original right-hand drive (C16) UK market car first registered 30th of March 2002. Specified in (optional) Black Basalt metallic paintwork over black leather interior. Extensively trimmed in factory carbon-fibre. Delivered 25th March 2002 to a proud first owner, Mr M Montague, of Titchfield, Hants. Most notably, it has been further enhanced, raising the engine’s output from 414 to an impressive 468bhp [Turbo S performance spec].

The bodywork defies its age remaining in excellent condition, with that timeless, 911 drama, in its flowing lines. The original front lip splitter has been replaced (November 22) with a new, original. The bodywork remains spectacular, with no Dings, dents or scrapes. Even the underside is damage and scrape free! The bumper (nose) benefits from a re-paint, completed at the same time as the spoiler lip replacement, to eliminate, (inevitable), age related, stone chips. All panels are original, with no evidence of any accident damage or paintwork. The Basalt Black Metallic Paintwork is in great shape all over. All panels have a smooth and glossy finish.

The car has been factory fitted with almost every item of optional carbon-fibre interior trim on Porsche’s 996 checklist, with the lightweight material forming: the centre console, door handles, air vent surrounds, Bose Speaker Surrounds, Air Con surrounds, sill covers, handbrake grip and gear knob. The carbon trim is all in good to very good condition, although there is some tiny sun fading visible in the gel coat of the carbon HiFi surround. Both front & rear trademark Porsche, soft-leather seats, defy their age. "Mezger" Porsche Flat 6 3. 6-litre Twin Turbo Power Unit. Same as the first, legendary Porsche GT3
