Only 16 Rover 75 V8 Tourers were produced with just 10 in the top Connie SE spec with the 4. 6 Mustang engine and now showing just 24550 miles on the clock. The car is in unmarked Nocturn Monogram Special Metallic paint, in fact the only 75 V8 in this colour out of the 166 Saloons and Tourers.
The first owner being MG Rover where it was used as a Director’s company car. The second owner in 2005 was a private collector who only added 5k miles in his 13 years of ownership. I purchased the car an the third owner in August 2019 with just 19038 miles on the clock.
It has passed all its UK MOT’s with no advisories and passed the stringent Isle of Man Roadworthiness Examination also with no negative comments.
I was invited to show the car at the 2019 National Classic Car Show at the NEC on the Rover 75 and MG ZT Owners Club stand. It was awarded the Chairmans Choice at the Rover Sports Registers National Rally in 2020. At the 2022 Roverfest the car took top place in class out of about 80 cars in the class.
The car has had all the usual 75’s foibles ironed out by one of the marque specialists who when he first saw the car after I purchased it commented.
