I've decided to sell my little pug 106. I haven't had her very long as she is just too good for the type of driving I am doing. I am the 4th owner. First owner had it for 23 year and it was garaged all that time. The vehicle was then purchased by a family to used by the carer to do hospital runs for an unwell family member. Sadly this person passed away and the family then gifted to the vehicle to the carer who didn't want it, so I bought it off of them.
It is the 1. 6 litre petrol engine - quite nippy. The auto gearbox is smooth and shifts up and down without issue.
43000 miles
Automatic
3 Door
Dashcam installed
Bluetooth stereo with phone connectivity (original radio included with sale)
Comes with 2 keys, owners manual and service book.
MOT to August
When I bought the car it came with very intermittent service history, so I carried out the following before using it:
Full service - engine oil, oil filter, spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter, gearbox oil change.
New drive shaft oil seal on the NS which had a small leak.
Front brake pads and discs.
I have a new timing belt and water pump kit which I never got to fitting but which will be included with the sale.
The car drives very well and is good fun and gets a lot of comments.
Bodywork is in good condition. There is no rust on the car, including underneath and on the sills which is hard to find with these. I have a video of the underneath when the car was on the ramp having the brakes done. There is the odd mark on the bodywork, but no big dents. There is a small crease in the offside front bumper moulding, but not very noticeable.
Sadly in 2013 the rear bumper was scraped and the insurance wrote the car off. The original owner rightly opted to keep the car, but it does mean it is now category D. I was going to get the bumper touched up, but I would rather people see the damage for themselves.
I think the car will need new rear shoes on the brakes, or the handbrake needs adjusting. It holds but the handbrake lever sits quite high. Also, the passenger side door speaker doesn't work. I did replace this but it still doesn't work so assume it is a wiring issue. The new speaker will be included with the sale.

This car is in original condition. Auto boxes are hard to find, especially with this mileage. It is perky and fun to drive.
