Genuine 54000 miles supported by a complete file of its MOT certificates in the history folder from the very first in 1993 right through to the current MOT, valid until March 2025.
Only 2 previous owners from new, the last one keeping the car since 1991 for over 30 years.
As you can see in the photos, the body and paintwork are in superb condition and the interior is equally immaculate and original right down to the period Honda radio/ cassette.
All the usual Prelude refinements including electric windows, electric glass sunroof, power steering etc plus those iconic pop-up headlamps.
This genuinely has to be one of the nicest, most original Preludes out there plus it’s a late facelift model making it the rarest of the 3rd generation cars. Pretty rare even in their day, it certainly turns heads wherever it goes today.
Recent comprehensive service including oil & air filters, both fuel filters, coolant change and spark plugs. The timing belt was also replaced this year at 53995 miles including a new tensioner and water pump. With 4 brand new tyres also fitted in February the car drives really well.
I bought this to scratch an itch to own a Prelude from back in the ‘90s and I’ve done that now and I can finally say that I’ve had one. Now it’s time for me to find it a new home but I’ll be genuinely sad to see it go.
The car has just been fully valeted inside and out so it’s completely ready for its new owner.
Good Preludes are really hard to find now, especially with such low mileage and this has to be one of the best. If you’re looking for one, I genuinely don’t think you could find a better, more original, low mileage, low owner example. It really is as good as it looks in the photos so do come and see it; you won’t be disappointed.
