1937 Velocette MOV 250cc

This a 1937 Velocette Mov 250cc, recently removed from long time storage, since 1983 so for over 40 years?
It has been untouched by me and could be described as a ‘barn find’ complete with cobwebs so will need a fair bit of attention. It appears to be all there, only missing it’s battery clamp bracket as far as I can see. The engine kicks over and appears free, and I suppose the bike could be on the road with a minimum of work in its current cosmetic condition, equally it could be brought back to its better than new condition if that’s your thing?
The bike is mobile and could easily be pushed but would need a trailer or van to takeaway.
I have the old buff logbook and after a lot of faff have managed to retain the original registration number which looks like the number would be transferable according to the new V5c. The number is probably quite valuable but I have no interest in removing numbers from vintage bikes but what the buyer does with it after purchase is up to them, but it would be a real shame to remove in my opinion.

I have remembered there are a few spares with the bike, there is half an engine complete with mag, a speedometer which perhaps would fit on the bike with an appropriate bracket.( a speedo drive would need attaching to front wheel currently has a removable plate cover.
It appears the bike never had a speedometer as this was apparently an extra back in the 30’s!
There are some correct tank leg rubbers all as shown in the extra photos.
