Gilbern Genie 1967 ongoing project registered with DVLA Runs and Drives Sounds Throaty/ there are just a couple of bits need tidying,
A Heater control cable needs to be purchased and to be fitted by new owner as I do not have one.
Head lining is all there but a little tatty,
We Were told by the Gilbern owners club that the car went back to the factory to have the front converted to how it is now. Chassis appears fine/ solid, wire wheels were standard.
On this car the Back axle is Austin Healey 3000 & Front suspension Hubs are MGC
Will make a nice car, and these are getting quite rare
2 New Fuel tanks especially made for the Gilbern also the Manifolds were especially made / all new brakes and calipers / cylinders and shoes
Engine is a 3 Litre V6 came out of a Reliant Scimitar/ sounds throaty
All new hoses
Interior seats are all okay,
New Front windscreen and rubbers purchased through the Gilbern Club/ Most parts can be purchased through the club.
