This is the longest I’ve ever owned a car and I’ll be sad to see it go. Save for an AOS failure early on, it has been faultlessly reliable. The car has only been on track once during my ownership as part of a lengthy 2022 trip to the Nurburgring, which it undertook with no fuss at all.

I’ve spent a substantial amount keeping it in good condition and have undertaken much of the major work that Boxsters of this age require, most notably the costly replacement of the brake pipes.

The car is an early 2. 5 with the dual row IMS bearing, which is reputed to be significantly more reliable than later iterations of the design. Service history in my ownership (I have 2 service books and multiple receipts to support):
