1951 Ford Custom Deluxe Shoebox. Almost certainly the best in the UK. Other than a respray in its original Hawaiian Bronze some years ago [and still presenting exceptionally well] it is totally original. An unbelievable original mileage of under 21k miles. A best of show winner in 2021 . Superb V8 power with Ford-o-matic automatic gearbox. Original upholstery in amazing condition for its age. Original headlining, superb dash , working radio and clock, four new whitewall tyres. Great chrome .. an exceptional vehicle. Drive anywhere. Sensible offers considered. This Texan car was purchased in 1974 from its second owner and remained in Oklahoma with one careful custodian for the next 37 years. It was dry stored and only used occasionally . In 2011 it had only covered a mere 19723 miles from new. The current mileage now stands at 20931 miles [May 2024].
