1981 Chevy C20 Long Bed with a M57 BMW 3. 0L straight 6 engine swap and 5 speed gm autobox from an e39 530d. The engine has covered approx 130k.
All the lights are pretty much new h4 halogen headlights for a jeep Cherokee,
Battery less than a year old.
New u joints and centre prop bearing,
New ball joints with Kyb gas shocks less than 6 months old.
The turbo is a slightly bigger gt2260 from an e46 330d, and it has Intellitronix digital gauges.
The brake calipers, pads and master cylinder are new from the states, less than a year old, and it has USB and 12v sockets hidden in ash tray.
It’s got a great look with sign writing etc. but is solid all round.
Just had a full interior refurb with dynamat insulation, new seat covers, carpets etc so a classic looking truck with the mod cons needed to be a daily. Lowered but still very usable. Fast, reliable 35+ MPG modern performance with classic looks.
