2003 Triumph Bonneville
Highly Customised 2003 Triumph Bonneville 904cc.
This is the Bonneville that Triumph should have built back in the day.
I have carried out the following extensive modifications since I bought it from the original owner in 2012:
Engine:
Bore out from 790cc to 904cc, gas flowed head, skimmed flywheel (work by Bob Farnham, London)
Zard 2 into 1 short exhaust with removable baffle and black ceramic finish
Removed standard air box and secondary air re-injection system
Dynojet Stage 1 kit in carburettors and K&N individual air filters
Remap ignition ECU – advanced and add 500rpm to rev limit (by Triumph Twin Power)
Dyno Tune (by Chap Middleton at Highland Dyno). Rear wheel power up from standard 50bhp to 68bhp.
Upgraded clutch springs
K&N crankcase vent filter
Braking:
R1 radial front calliper
Brembo radial master cylinder
Oversize 335mm floating disc
Brembo rear calliper with custom mounting bracket
Wavey rear disc
Braided brake hoses
Handling:
Triumph Street Triple R USD forks and triple clamps
Fully adjustable Ohlins gas shocks with hydraulic pre-load
Ohlins Steering damper
Change front wheel from 2. 5” rim (100/ 90/ 19”) to 3. 5” rim (120/ 70/ 17”), stainless steel spokes with
Talon Hubs & Morad Rims
Change rear wheel from 3. 5” rim (130/ 80/ 17”) to 5” rim (170/ 60/ 17”), stainless steel spokes with
Talon Hubs & Morad Rims
Electrical:
Replace all indicators and lights
Custom under tray and stainless steel battery box
Li-Po battery
Relocate ignition (Joker Kit), horn, rectifier etc, etc...
Complete re-wiring (by Tich at TWS)
