Description
Here we have a gorgeous 1954 Triumph Tiger T110 650 in restored condition. Fitted with a seriously expensive (but worth every penny) BTH red cap mag, so starts very easily and runs beautifully. The numbers all match and it’s a UK bike that was registered in June 1954. Speedo reading was left at original mileage during the restoration, which is a nice touch.
It was restored not long ago and the previous owner bought it last year from We sell classic bikes for £9550! I took it in part exchange against my Panhead and i wan't really interested in a part ex, but this is one very pretty bike. Tempted to keep it as it rides so nicely, but I really do have too many bikes already, so it needs a new custodian.
I don't really need to describe the condition, as the pictures speak for themselves and rarely have a i seen a Triumph this nice, - it’s actually even nicer in the flesh. There's a stack of paperwork - as can be seen in the photos - including the purchase invoice from We sell classic bikes for £9550.
Priced to sell at a fair bit less than I allowed in px, and £2k less than was paid for it just over a year ago, so here's your chance to buy it at sensible money. You just do not see them in this kind of condition, let alone with that lovely BTH mag fitted worth over £800. I will explore offers, but they do need to be pretty close to the asking price, so nothing silly or low ball please as it'll get ignored.
Viewing very welcome and encouraged by arrangement. Please ask any and all questions before making an offer (or view first if you can). A video of it starting from cold and running etc can be found on Youtube. Search for 1954 Triumph T110 or message and ill send you a link. The T110 was the pre-cursor to the Bonny and in its day was the fastest Triumph available. They have a reputation for being quite brisk and powerful and that reputation is wholly justified. This particular example has had some seriously investment to bring it up to outstanding condition, including a BTH competition electronic magneto, so it starts first time and runs beautifully. We sell classic bikes sold this in April last year and you will still find it on their website under past bikes along with a video.
