Superb condition genuine rare Norton Commando S Code built in May 1969. Verified by the owners club (S codes were Built in 69 up until June 70 only). Triple matching numbers.
Thousands spent on a complete restoration. All parts either new or refurbished- powder coated frame, new stanchions, shocks, loom, correct S Code chain guard, chain, seat, tires, handlebars, electronic regulator/ rectifier, Battery, Wassel EI, All bolts replated, S/ S Spokes, vernier isolastics, Mk2 head steady
Just completed top end rebuild (work by an NOC specialist):
Rebore and hone with new pistons and rings. Refaced valve lifters (cam lobes perfect). 4x new valves, New valve springs, 4x new pushrods (2 out of true), New valve adjusters, valve seals, heat insulators, Head refaced. External oil filter. Now running in (10 miles so far) with excellent compression.
Absolute bargain. Selling as I already have a restored 69 S Code which is an absolute blast to ride. Possible PX for a MK1 Guzzi Le Mans or 750S/ S3 or a really nice 850 Commando.
